Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree. Bonus if the major is in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, related courses.

• Result oriented, highly motivated and competent in meeting the sales target and objective.

• Experience in construction industry and interior fit out is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently but can also be a good team player.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Executives and Project Manager on the design requirements such as checking of colors, combination of yarns and modification of existing design to develop new design concepts.

• Develop an idea and produce design based on clients’ requirements

• Produce perspective through Adobe Photoshop for presentation purposes.

• Prepare flood-In layout using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop for visualization of carpet on actual area

• Assisting Account Executives in Technical Drawing Plans, such as analyzing all provided plans and making illustrations from them through AutoCAD, includes scaling, dimensioning, product layout, specification, and structural details

• Assisting account executives in the technical specifications of the product brand, compiling them, and making them available and accessible for account executives

• Assisting clients during visits and proposing alternative product options once requested or needed.
